Please check that your selected Heat Pump is correctly sized and that you follow the DO’s and DON’Ts

DON’T select the product based on advertised heating capacities.
DON’T Allow someone without the proper training to install your Heat Pump. Heat Pumps are not a typical plumbing and heating product and will need correct specifaction.
DON’T Oversize or undersize. A system demand should be designed correctly with the needed allowances.

DO Speak to an expert & undertake the correct product training.
DO Install Flow Meters
DO Ensure that the project is correctly designed, select the product based on the heat pump capacity at the correct temperature.
DO Ensure that you are a qualified engineer/specialist to enable full product warranty.
DO Maintain the system in line with manufacturers’ recommendations, otherwise warranty will be void.
DO Register your product with us to enable your warranty.
