What does a service involve
Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the unit and its motors to ensure efficient performance and reduce contaminants. The heat exchanger is then carefully removed, cleaned, and sanitized to maintain optimal heat transfer and prevent the buildup of debris. Next, new supply and extract filters are installed to enhance air quality and system efficiency. The in-room air valves and duct connections are also sanitized to ensure clean airflow throughout the space. After these steps, the system’s airflow rates are balanced and recommissioned to ensure proper operation and energy efficiency.
